Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Creatin Web, operated by CREATIN GROUPS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Creatin", "we", "us"). By using the dashboard, the mobile app, or a website we build and host for you, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy.

The service

Creatin designs and builds a professional website for your business and provides a dashboard and mobile app so you can keep it up to date yourself. What is included for your business — the pages and features ("modules") and any custom work — is what we agree with you in your quotation before we start.

Accounts

• Accounts are created by Creatin when we onboard you, or by a website owner inviting a staff member. There is no public self-sign-up.
• You sign in with Google using your account email, or with a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. There is no password to manage. Keep access to your email and phone secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• The website owner can add or remove staff and control what each staff member can do. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

Fees & renewals

Creatin Web is billed as one charge:

• A yearly plan, priced by the modules you choose. The first year covers designing and building your website and keeping it online, maintained and supported; it is payable again on each renewal date. There is no setup fee.

Your exact fees and first renewal date are set in your quotation and shown on your Billing page. Fees are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of taxes unless stated; GST is added where applicable and shown on your invoice. Payments are made through Razorpay. We may change fees for a future renewal by giving you [REVIEW: at least 30 days'] notice before that renewal.

What happens if a renewal isn't paid

If a yearly renewal is not paid by its due date, your website may be suspended after a grace period of 15 days. A suspended website shows a holding page and is restored once payment is received. If a renewal remains unpaid for [REVIEW: an extended period (to be confirmed, e.g. 90 days)] we may take the website offline and, after a further period, delete it and its content. We will try to reach you before that happens.

Your content

• You own the content you add to your website (text, images, files). You keep all rights in it.
• You grant us the licence needed to host, display and back up that content so we can run your website.
• You are responsible for having the right to use everything you upload, and for making sure it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You can ask us for an export of your content, and we will provide it in a reasonable format.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Creatin Web to:

• break the law, or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, obscene, or infringes others' rights;
• upload malware, attempt to break our security, access data you are not authorised to, or disrupt the service;
• send spam or misuse the enquiry, email or notification features;
• resell or misrepresent the service, or use it to impersonate others.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Availability & support

We work to keep the service and your website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance, provider outages and events beyond our control can cause downtime. We provide support during Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm through phone, WhatsApp and email. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties (for example Supabase, Vercel, Google, Twilio, Razorpay, Resend and the mobile push services). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but we choose them carefully. See our Privacy Policy for who processes what.

Intellectual property

The Creatin Web platform, dashboard, app, and the underlying software and design system are owned by CREATIN GROUPS PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors. Building your website does not transfer ownership of the platform to you. Your business content and your brand remain yours.

Ending the service

• You can ask us to pause or close your website at any time by contacting us or using the account & data deletion page. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may suspend or end the service for non-payment, a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable we will give notice and a chance to put things right.
• On closure we will, on request and within a reasonable time, provide an export of your content, then delete your data except records we must keep by law.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data beyond our reasonable control, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to [REVIEW: the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights you have to bring proceedings where you live.
