Restaurants, cafés and bakeries

A website for your restaurant with a menu you change before service

People decide where to eat on their phones: the menu, the photos, the timings, whether there is parking. Creatin Web designs and builds a website that shows all of it, with a dashboard and an Android app so the menu is changed by you, not by a developer.

A new dish, a price change, a Sunday brunch, a closed day: a minute in the app, and it is live.

The problem

What goes wrong with most websites in this business

The online menu is last season's

Prices went up, dishes changed, and the website, or worse a PDF, still shows the old card. Customers arrive expecting it.

Photos live on Instagram, not on your site

The best pictures of your food never reach the page people find on Google.

Events and offers go unnoticed

A live music night or a festive menu is announced in a story that disappears in a day.

The solution

What your Creatin Web website does about it

The menu as a catalogue you edit

Dishes with photos, prices and categories. Mark one unavailable for the day and it hides until you bring it back.

A gallery that sells the place

Food, the room, the people. Upload from your phone and reorder as you like.

Events and offers with dates

Brunches, music nights and festive menus as events; seasonal deals as offers that end on their own.

Enquiries for parties and catering

A form that asks for the date, the number of guests and the occasion, with a notification on your phone.

Contact form inbox of a café dashboard listing messages from website visitors
Every message from your contact form, with the visitor's phone and email.

Your sections

What a website for restaurants, cafés and bakeries usually has

Each one is a section of your dashboard and a part of your public website. They are chosen for your business when the site is built; a gallery, a blog, testimonials, SEO controls, analytics and staff accounts come with every site.

DashboardWebsite

What it does not do

There is no online ordering, no table reservation with payment and no delivery integration. The menu is for reading; orders and bookings come by phone or WhatsApp, or through the enquiry form.

See it

Inside the dashboard

Real screens of the dashboard, filled with sample data. The business in them is not a real one, and not yours; the sections are the ones you would use.

Products and services section of a café dashboard listing items with photo, price and an active switch
Products & services: each item with a photo and a price, switched on or off as stock changes.
Gallery section of the dashboard with an upload box and a grid of captioned photos
Gallery: upload a photo with a caption and it is on your website.
Events and announcements section of a café dashboard listing upcoming events with dates
Events & announcements: what is coming up, with the date and time.
Testimonials section listing customer quotes with ratings and a shown or hidden switch for each
Testimonials: add a customer's words, choose the order, and show or hide each one.

Questions

Questions from restaurants, cafés and bakeries

Can I mark a dish as sold out for the day?

Yes. Each item has a shown or hidden switch. Hide it in the app before service and show it again when it is back.

Can customers order online?

No. The website shows the menu and takes enquiries; it does not take orders or payments. Many restaurants put their WhatsApp number next to the menu for orders, and the site has a WhatsApp button for that.

Can we show separate lunch and dinner menus?

Yes. Dishes have categories you name, so lunch, dinner, breakfast and specials can each be their own section with their own prices.

Can we announce a live music night or a festive menu?

Yes, as an event with the date and time, posted from the app, shown on the home page until it passes.
