From the first call to a live website
Here is how it works when Creatin Web builds your website: six steps, from a first conversation to a site on your own domain that you can update yourself.
You always know the price before you pay, and what happens next.
The timeline
Six steps, in order
A free consultation
You contact us by the form, by phone or on WhatsApp. We talk about your business, your customers and what you want the website to do, and answer your questions.
From you: a description of your business. If you already have a website, its address.
A written quotation
We send you a quotation with your yearly plan and the scope: which pages and sections your website will have. There is no obligation to accept.
From you: read it, ask anything, and tell us when you are happy.
Setup payment and your account
When you accept and pay for the first year, we create your account and begin. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile, or with Google. There is no password.
From you: the mobile number and email address for your account.
Design and build
We design your website for your business and build it with the sections agreed in the quotation. You send us your content, and we keep you updated on progress.
Typically 1–2 weeks once we have your content
From you: your logo, photos, text and the details for each section.
Review and go live
We review the finished site, then connect your domain and take it live. Once your domain points to us, the site usually appears within a few hours; domain changes can take up to 24 to 48 hours to reach everyone.
From you: access to your domain settings, if you manage them yourself.
You run it
From day one you can edit your website from the dashboard or the Android app, and enquiries arrive with a notification. We look after hosting, maintenance and support, covered by your yearly renewal.
From you: keep your details current. It takes minutes.

Your part
Add photos, projects and posts. Change prices and details. Read and answer enquiries. Add or remove staff.

Hosting, maintenance and support. Your website stays online and looked after.
Once a year
Your plan renews. The date is shown in your dashboard, and you can pay online by UPI, card or net banking.

Questions about the process
How long does it take to build my website?
Typically 1–2 weeks from the day we have your content, depending on the size of the site and how quickly we receive what we need from you.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business name and logo, photos, a description of what you do, and the details for your sections, such as projects, rooms, fees or products. We also need the mobile number and email you want to sign in with. The quotation lists exactly what we need.
Do I need to buy a domain name first?
No. If you already have a domain, we connect your website to it. If you don't, tell us during the consultation and we will talk through the options before the build starts.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes. Share its address in the consultation. We agree what to keep, rebuild the site on Creatin Web and switch your domain over when the new site is ready, so your address stays the same.
What if I want changes after the website is live?
Day-to-day changes are yours to make, from the dashboard or the app, as often as you like. If you later want a new section or custom work, we quote for it separately.
Is everything really done online?
Yes. Creatin Web is delivered entirely online: the consultation, the quotation, payment, the build and the handover. Nothing is posted or shipped, and you don't need to visit us.
