Clinics, hospitals and diagnostic centres

A website for your clinic that answers the questions patients ask first

Before a patient calls, they look you up: which doctors, which services, what time you open, how to reach you. Creatin Web designs and builds a website that answers all of that, and gives the front desk a dashboard and an Android app to keep it current.

A new doctor joins, timings change for a festival, a new test is offered: the office changes it in a minute, and it is live.

The problem

What goes wrong with most websites in this business

The doctor list is out of date

Doctors join and leave, visiting hours change, and the website still shows last year's roster because changing it means calling the vendor.

Patients call to ask what the website should say

Timings, services, whether a test is available: the phone rings all day with questions a current website would answer.

Appointment requests arrive with nothing to act on

A bare contact form gives a name and a number. The desk still has to call back to learn the doctor, the day and the reason.

The solution

What your Creatin Web website does about it

Doctors and departments as a team page

Each doctor with a photo, qualification, department and visiting days. Add, edit or hide one in a minute.

Services and tests with prices, where you want them shown

Consultations, procedures and tests as a catalogue, with or without prices, grouped the way your reception explains them.

Appointment enquiries that say what they are for

The enquiry form asks for the doctor or department, the preferred day and the reason, and lands in the inbox with a notification on your phone.

Timings, notices and health camps

Opening hours on every page, and events for camps, vaccination drives and holiday timings.

Contact form inbox of a café dashboard listing messages from website visitors
Every message from your contact form, with the visitor's phone and email.

Your sections

What a website for clinics, hospitals and diagnostic centres usually has

Each one is a section of your dashboard and a part of your public website. They are chosen for your business when the site is built; a gallery, a blog, testimonials, SEO controls, analytics and staff accounts come with every site.

Team & leadership

Doctors, specialists and administrators, with photos and profiles.

DashboardWebsite

What it does not do

There is no online appointment booking with time slots, no patient records and no online payment. Appointment requests arrive as enquiries; your desk confirms them by phone or WhatsApp.

See it

Inside the dashboard

Real screens of the dashboard, filled with sample data. The business in them is not a real one, and not yours; the sections are the ones you would use.

Team section listing team members with photo, role and a short profile
Team & leadership: the people behind the business, with photos and roles.
Products and services section of a café dashboard listing items with photo, price and an active switch
Products & services: each item with a photo and a price, switched on or off as stock changes.
Events and announcements section of a café dashboard listing upcoming events with dates
Events & announcements: what is coming up, with the date and time.
Testimonials section listing customer quotes with ratings and a shown or hidden switch for each
Testimonials: add a customer's words, choose the order, and show or hide each one.

Questions

Questions from clinics, hospitals and diagnostic centres

Can we show doctors' visiting hours?

Yes. Each doctor's profile has room for designation, qualifications and a few lines, such as visiting days and hours. Change them whenever the roster changes.

Can patients book an appointment online?

They can ask for one. The enquiry form collects the doctor or department, the preferred day and the reason; it reaches your inbox with a notification, and your desk confirms it. There are no live time slots or payments.

Can each department have its own page?

Yes. Departments can be listed as services with their own pages, each naming its doctors, timings and what it handles, so a search for a department lands on the right page.

Can we show accreditations and registrations?

Yes, in the certifications section, in your own words. The website does not verify or add anything to what you publish.
