Why Creatin Web exists
Creatin Web exists because of one stubborn problem. A business pays for a website, the website goes live, and then it stops. The prices change, the projects finish, the offers end, and the website still shows the day it was launched, because every correction means calling the person who built it.
The usual alternatives don't fit either. An agency can build something excellent, after which every change is a request and often a bill. A do-it-yourself builder hands the owner a blank template and a weekend of homework. Most owners of a construction firm, a resort, a school or a shop want neither. They want it built properly, and they want to be able to change it themselves.
So that is what we make: a website designed and built for each business, with a dashboard and an Android app simple enough that the owner and their staff keep it current without us.
Creatin Groups Private Limited was incorporated in Karnataka in 2025 and is based in Bengaluru. It started with one product, Creatin Web: websites for builders, resorts, schools and shops that their owners run themselves, from a dashboard and an Android app, while Creatin does the design and the build. I am Sumanth Deshani, founder of Creatin Groups, a Bengaluru company. I started Creatin Web after seeing too many businesses pay for a website that was out of date within weeks, because every small change meant calling the person who built it. So we build the website, and you run it yourself, from your phone.

Why Bengaluru
Why we are building this in Bengaluru
Bengaluru is home. It is also a good place to build software for small businesses, because the people who make technology and the businesses that need it live side by side. A builder in Yelahanka, a school in Jayanagar, a café in Indiranagar: they are our neighbours, and the people we picture when we design a feature.
Karnataka's other cities and towns are close enough for us to understand too: the homestays of Sakleshpur and Coorg, the colleges of Mangaluru and Dharwad, the traders of Hubballi and Hassan. Their customers now begin with a search on a phone, often in Kannada, and too many of these businesses are missing from the results.
